Delete your account

You can leave Dostbox whenever you like.

Members

Open Dostbox (the app or the website), go to Me › Settings › Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted at once.

  • Deleted: your Dost Card, photos, interests, connections, chats, RSVPs and verification files
  • Kept only as the law requires: payment and GST invoice records, and safety reports about serious harm

Can't sign in? Write to support@startions.com from the email on your account. A parent who believes their under-18 child has an account can write too, and we will delete it.

Partners

Vendors, merchants and mentors: ask here and we will close your workspace and storefront, and confirm by email. Open bookings are cancelled under your refund policy first.
